Listeria Warning Issued To Residents Of CT And The Lymes
Stop & Shop is recalling one of its vegetable products.
EAST LYME, CT — Supermarket chain Stop & Shop, which has a location in East Lyme, is recalling its 16-ounce packages of Private Brands Frozen Broccoli Cuts after the company said listeria was discovered in a bag of the product found in a South Windsor location.
According to the company, the recalled product's packages include:
- UPC code 068826700926
- Date Stamp: Best by MAR 15, 2020
Packages of the product can be returned to a Stop & Shop for a full refund, according to officials. The East Lyme Public Safety division issued the below warning on its Facebook page about the recall.
