Pre-cut watermelon, honeydew melon, cantaloupe and fruit medleys produced by Caito Foods have been recalled due to a salmonella outbreak in Midwestern states, including Missouri.
These products were shipped to stores including Kroger, Walgreens, Walmart and Whole Foods/Amazon.
There have been 60 reported cases of illness including over 30 hospitalizations.
The Federal and Drug Administration is advising consumers not to eat any recalled cut melons produced at the Caito Foods facility in indiscipline, Indiana.
