RECREATIONAL parks and vacant lots have been identified as top Aedes mosquito breeding grounds in Kuala Lumpur.
Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) health and environment senior deputy director Dr Umi Ahmad said 20.1% of parks and playgrounds in the city were mosquito breeding grounds.
