Police searching for man accused of sexually assaulted female victim inside her DC home

WASHINGTON (ABC7) — D.C. police are on the lookout for a man suspected of forcing a female victim into her D.C. home and sexually assaulting her Saturday.

Police said the victim was walking home in the 1200 block of 7th Street, NW when the suspect confronted her around 12:15 a.m. The victim told police he forced her inside her home, sexually assaulted her and then fled on foot.

Police describe the suspect as a skinny black man in his mid 30s dressed in a white shirt and dark pants.
