Pink's husband Carey Hart took a swipe at fans who accused him who accused him of exposing others to his one-year-old son Jameson's hand, foot and mouth disease.

In an Instagram post on Monday, the former professional freestyle motocross competitor sarcastically said it was 'a miracle' that Pink's band and crew did not catch the disease during her recent tour Down Under.

'Glad to be back with the family after a couple days away racing. Jameson is back to normal and willow is healthy as well,' he began.

Last week, he shared an Instagram snap of Jameson sitting in his nappy while suffering from a painful rash - one of the main symptoms of hand, foot and mouth disease. 

'Wanna know how glamorous tour can be? Jameson has hand, foot and mouth,' he captioned the photo

'And I had him at breakfast yesterday and this vile woman at the table next to us kept staring at him with a sh**y look on her face,' he continued, 'I told her it was bed bugs.'

Hand, foot and mouth disease, or HFMD, is a virus most common in children under age 10, and often under age five.

Meanwhile Pink, Carey and their family have now left Australia for a string of dates in New Zealand.

But the singer will return to these shores to complete a series of rescheduled dates after she fell ill with a gastric virus and had to cancel a sizable chunk of her live tour.
