Rajamahendravaram: As many as 11 children of Anganwadi centre in G Koderu of Chintoor mandal fell sick after reportedly consuming contaminated food. They had complained of vomiting and diarrhoea.
According to sources, Anganwadi teacher had served milk and eggs to them as usual on Saturday.
After taking the food they fell sick and were shifted to government hospital at Chintoor. According to hospital sources, the children are stable.
Bhadrachalam MLA Sunnam Rajaiah visited the hospital and enquired about their health.
