The Michiana Humane Society has reopened its cat adoption room.

This comes after the cats had to be quarantined for weeks upon discovering many were stricken with a

Shelter staff say this virus kills kittens within 24 hours, so they had to act quickly to protect the felines.

Now that they're healthy, they're in need of forever homes. Cats can be adopted for $25.
