An important notification dated November 01, 2018 has been released for the candidates who could not appear at the Cochin centre for the AIBE XII exam because of NIPAH Virus. Such students will be getting their admit card along with the admit card of AIBE XIII after December 19, 2018. The Bar Council of India informed the candidates who were to appear at the Cochin centre about the postponement of the exam.
Earlier amid the procedure of AIBE 2018, the Kerala state was declared on high alert because of the Nipah Virus which majorly hit the state and sadly, even took lives of at least 17 patients. Because of such a malarious situation, the exam got postponed for the Cochin centre. The Bar Council of India has instructed such candidates to download their Admit Card alongside the admit card for AIBE 13, 2019.
It has not yet been clarified by the Bar Council of India about when the examination will get conducted. Students must keep visiting the official website to stay updated with the latest updates. The Bar Council of India is doing its best to make sure that the candidates are well supported.
Alongside, the website has also been updating for the candidates looking forward to appearing for the AIBE (13) 2019 exam. The AIBE (13) 2019 registrations started on September 26, 2018. The candidates have been informed about the examination schedule. Admit Cards for AIBE (13) 2019 will be available from December 19, 2018, and the exam is going to be conducted on December 23, 2018.
There are 44 exam centres for AIBE (13) 2019. The students who wish to appear for the exam can choose any of these centres while registering themselves. However, it must be noted that the last date to do the registrations for AIBE (13) 2019 is December 10, 2018. To fill the AIBE (13) 2019 application form, the students will majorly need the enrollment state, year and number. After submitting these details, the candidates will see the registration form. In this form, the candidates have to fill the details such as – Personal details, education, enrollment details, candidate Type & Disability Information. Other information includes the choice of question Paper, center Choice Language. Later, the students have to accept the Deceleration and ‘Save’ the submitted details.
The Bar Council of India conducts the AIBE exam every year for the Law graduates as a compulsary examination to practice law in India. The candidates who will qualify the AIBE (13) Exam will get the “Certificate of Practice”. There is no age limit to attempt the All India Bar examination. It is compulsory for the candidates who have received the law degree after 2009-2010 to appear for AIBE exam.
