Lidl is urgently recalling products, alongside a string of other popular retailers this week.

In the majority of cases, the products are being taken off shelves amid health and safety risk fears.
This could be down to undeclared ingredients, which could pose allergy risks, or product mix-ups.

Lidl - green pesto
The Meadow Fresh Green Pesto (140g) might be contaminated with Salmonella. Symptoms caused by Salmonella usually include fever, diarrhoea and abdominal cramps.
Lidl is recalling all pots of the pesto, whatever the batch code or use-by date, reports WalesOnline.
If you have bought any, do not eat it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
Nisa - chicken breast fillets
Nisa is recalling Heritage British Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets (280g) as the affected products have been labelled with an incorrect use-by date, and therefore could be eaten past the date by which it can be safely consumed.

Use-by date: December 29, 2018
If you have bought any of the chicken breasts with the above batch code and use-by date, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
Poundstretcher - Aldiva Waffo Roll
Poundstretcher is recalling Aldiva Waffo Roll (250g) because it contains egg, wheat (gluten), hazelnuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, and milk which are not clearly identifiable on the label.
This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to hazelnuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, and/or an allergy or intolerance to egg and/or wheat (gluten) and/or milk or milk constituents.
All batch codes and best-before dates are included.
Return the product to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
Poundstretcher - Aldiva Mosaik Cake Break
Poundstretcher is also recalling Aldiva Mosaik Cake Break because it contains egg and wheat (gluten), and may contain hazelnuts, milk, peanuts, sesame and sulphite which are not clearly legible on the label.
This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to hazelnuts, peanuts, and/or an allergy or intolerance to egg and/or wheat (gluten), and/or an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents, and/or a sensitivity to sulphur dioxide and/or sulphites.
All batch codes and best-before dates are included.
Return the product to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
Nestle - La Laitière Clafoutis aux Cerises
Nestle is recalling La Laitière Clafoutis aux Cerises as a limited number of packs have been delivered in error with no English on the product label.
Any customers who have an allergy to milk/gluten/egg/nuts and have bought packs with the above date code should not consume them but contact the company for a full refund.

Pack size: 340 g (4 x 85 g)
