Four more people die of swine flu in Rajasthan
Eighty-nine people were diagnosed with H1N1 influenza virus in the state on Wednesday. Of them, 48 are from Jaipur. The spread of Swine flu disease has increased in the city more than that of Zika virus earlier.

Jaipur: Swine flu cases are on the rise in Rajasthan. Four more swine flu positive patients including three women died in the state on Wednesday. The victims belonged to Ajmer and Udaipur and were admitted to a hospital in Jaipur.
Eighty-nine people were diagnosed with H1N1 influenza virus in the state on Wednesday. Of them, 48 are from Jaipur.
Rajasthan has recorded more than 400 positive cases of swine flu in the first 10 days of 2019. Of them, around 15 people have died of the virus.
Jodhpur has witnessed the highest mortality rate among other divisions of the state this year. However, Jaipur reported the highest number of swine flu positive patients but mortality rate is less than that in Jodhpur.
The state government is taking various steps to control the swine flu crisis in the state. Vacations and holidays of all the doctors and nurses have been canceled. School timings for children up to class five have also been changed.
The government has directed the health department officials to make necessary arrangements such as isolating the wards and separation of OPD and ICUs for swine flu patients.
The government has also set up many sample collection centers in the state to detect the cases promptly.
Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot appealed that the people should get medical assistance as soon as possible.
