NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) —Scientists in Israel announced this week they expect to have a cure for cancer within a year.
According to The Jerusalem Post, a new treatment called MuTaTo would work more like a "cancer antibiotic."
Accelerated Evolution Biotechnologies CEO Dr. Ilan Morad told the news outlet that the treatment uses "cancer-targeting peptides for each cancer cell at the same time combined with a strong peptide toxin that would kill cancer cells specifically."
The scientists say not only will it be an effective cure from day one, it would also be a cheap and brief option. Side effects, according to the scientists, would be reduced compared to the sickening side effects of most cancer treatments, Morad said.
The patient would be given the exact amount of molecule cocktail needed to cure the disease, Morad explained.
