One more death in Uttarakhand due to Swine Flu

In Uttarakhand the swine flu havoc is increasing. Every day some of the patients who are suffering from this virus are dying. Another patient suffering from swine flu has died in the state.

According to the information, a 41-year-old resident of Guiminwala, Rishikesh, was admitted to Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, located in Patel Nagar a few days ago. He had problems in breathing, high fever, chest pain etc. During treatment, the patient has died.

So far 16 patients have died from swine flu in the state. In this alone, 13 patients have died in Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital. According to information received from the CMO office, swine flu has been confirmed in three more patients on Friday. The treatment of these three patients is also going on in Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital.

In this way, in less than a month, swine flu virus has taken 56 people into its grip. Of these 16 patients have died. More than twenty patients are admitted to different hospitals in the city. Regardless, the health department is still making toll claims.
The Health Department claims that efforts are being made to control and prevent swine flu. All government and private hospitals have already been placed on alert. Antiviral medicines are available in hospitals in adequate amounts.
