The number of flu cases has jumped dramatically in South Dakota.
The health department says there were nearly 1,000 confirmed cases just last week. That brings this season’s total to 2,600 so far.
Two more people also died due to the flu — that brings the total to four this season.
Doctors want to remind everyone to get vaccinated.
