One more flu death confirmed in Douglas County

Another person has died from the flu in Douglas County.

The total of adult flu deaths in Douglas County is now at eight. One child has died from the flu in Nebraska.

A total of 2,851 confirmed cases of flu have been reported in Douglas County since Sept. 30, 2018. Of those cases, 269 were reported last week.

The number of positive influenza tests has begun to decline.
