A week after more than two dozen students got sick at a Fulton County middle school, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced that one of the items tested positive for THC, the main psychoactive ingredient in cannabis.

According to a news release, the Fulton County Schools Police Department gave the GBI 46 food items to test following the Feb. 14 mass illness at Sandtown Middle School, in which 28 students got sick after reportedly eating snacks or candy, prompting school officials to request Grady EMS and South Fulton Fire Rescue for assistance.
