TMC’s campaign snub for Sovan Chatterjee

KOLKATA: Former mayor Sovan Chatterjee is welcome to join the election campaign but the “party will not be allowed to fall sick because an individual is not keeping well,” said education minister and Behala West MLA Partha Chatterjee.
Addressing a crucial Trinamool workers’ meeting in Behala’s Manton on Monday, Chatterjee said that in the absence of Chatterjee, they will ask his estranged wife to look after the ward in Parnasree that the former mayor represents.
