Water service may be interrupted in Niagara area

HENDERSON, Ky. -  A message from the Henderson County Water District to those in the Niagara area:

To all of our customers receiving water in the Niagara Area on the following roads: Hwy 136 from the intersection at Hwy 416 to the end of the road at the Green River, J Cox Rd and Griffin Griffin Rd:

On Thursday, April 11, 2019 starting at 8 A.M., Henderson County Water District will be working on a water leak that may result in water service being interrupted.  Work is anticipated to be completed by the early afternoon.  It is currently unknown if a boil order notice will result from this work.  If a boil order notice is to be issued, a Hyper Reach notice will be sent out and the local news media will be contacted. We will make every effort to make this activity as short, and as “non-interruptive” as possible.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
