Police are investigating a juvenile rape in Kansas City. According to police chief Terry Zeigler, a two-year-old toddler and her siblings were left at a home with a friend of a family.

Zeigler said the next morning, the toddler's mother found that the girl was injured. She took her to Children's Mercy Hospital where health officials said there was evidence of rape.

The toddler also tested positive for an STD, Zeigler said.
