• Dunkin Donuts, 2 E. Genesee St., Auburn: satisfactory. The top of the ice storage caddy was not properly closed to protect stored ice from potential contamination. The outside of the ice caddy requires cleaning due to food debris build up. Lack soap at the dedicated hand wash sink on the main service line.

• Dee Dee's Ice Cream, 2066 State Route 38, Moravia: satisfactory. The door gaskets on the double door cooler unit are broken cracked and torn. Mold growth noted on the door gaskets on the double-door cooler unit under the topping station.
• Goody's Lake Como Inn, 1307 East Lake Road, Cortland: unsatisfactory. The ultraviolet light used for the disinfection of the onsite water system was found to have been disconnected from its power source. The owner of the facility stated that the alarm for the system was going off constantly so he unplugged the the ultraviolet light to silence the alarm one or two days ago. The owner has contacted the service company. A boil water order was posted and all associated procedures were discussed the the owner and onsite staff. Bottled water and soda will be brought in. Missing a piece of baseboard from the base of the walk in cooler.
