Motion illness
Dogs can fall sick while travelling a long way, as they are not used to the atmosphere in which they travel. But if your pet is used to such travelling it will be easy for you to go on a trip and taking proper care too. Proper food
Always make sure that you carry proper food for your dog. Also, carry your dog’s favourite food so that even he enjoys the trip. Avoid carrying food that has a lot of spices, salty or sweet. To ensure your pet’s health on a road trip, you need to carry proper medicines in case of any emergency or illness.
A separate travel kit
A bag of your pet’s stuff should be in a separate kit. The belongings of your dog should be cross-checked twice before leaving for a road trip. The kit should contain medicines, food, treats, shampoos, clothes, leash, collars and tags.
